Most of our guests come at the referral of prior guests. We have decided to reward our friends who refer us new friends.
For every seven nights that a room is rented because of your referral, you will receive a room for one night for free. We keep records of referrals by relying on our website reservation form which asks how the guest found us. If you get us 49 nights of reservations, you stay for a whole week for free. You can begin to use your free nights as soon as you are entitled to at least 2 free nights.
These are difficult times almost everywhere in the world when it comes to money. For that reason, we wish to make it clear that it is not necessary that you have been a previous guest here to participate in this free vacation plan. Just make sure you send us an email at this website to introduce yourself. Then we can keep proper records to make sure you receive credit for your referrals.
Your free room is subject to availability. If you reserve far enough in advance, there should be no problem. There are no black out periods. We want to help our friends.
Just because it is free and you do not have pay the big cheese you should not forget to leave your tip for the workers at the end of your visit. Although Casa Santiago pays its employees much more than the prevailing wage in the Yucatan and also provides social security coverage and medical care, the good guys who work for us depend on tips for extras for their families and themselves.
