We require a 50% deposit in order to confirm and hold your room. At Christmastime, there is a need to make a 100% deposit unless you are a repeat visitor, in which event the deposit is only 50%. The deposit is refundable minus a 20% fee if you contact us and cancel prior to thirty days before the scheduled beginning of your reserved stay. The balance is payable upon your arrival. The refund policy is different for the rental house Casa Feliz and you should refer to that page for the specifics peculiar to the rental house.
